The 2014 festival does come with some changes this year. “We are switching things up a bit this time.” said Rocking M Radio Station Manager, Candice Thomas, when commenting about new lower ticket prices and other changes to the festival.  “We asked around about what the community wanted out of this festival, and we are giving it to them and then some!”. In the past, entry to the festival has been $25 per day or $40 for the entire weekend per person. This year ticket prices for the same great event, plus much more, have been slashed to simply $10 per day. Rocking M Radio, promoters of the event, have also made the decision to switch from alcohol being offered from a beer garden only to allowing open coolers this year. “We want the southwest Kansas community to have no excuses not to come. Great family activities during the day, awesome country music at night, affordable ticket prices and drag your cooler right on in and up to the stage! Its a bit of a risky move budget-wise, but we believe the outcome with be completely worth it!” says Thomas.
